Required Factory Manager - Roorkee
Exposure in Tablets and Hormones will be preferrable.
Exposure in USFDA audits is mandatory
Pharmaceutical Experience will be considered
Experience-18+ Years
- Liasioning Acting as liaison with local regulatory agencies for statutory compliances.
- Knowledge of Registration of Factory License under Factory Act 1948.
- Acting as liaison with Labour Department for Registration of Establishments Employing Contract Labour under Labour Act.
- Acting as liaison with State Authority (RIICO) for Project Approval, Drawing Approvals Creating & sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters the development
- Close Coordination with All concerned departments.
- MIS / Record Maintenance
- Preparing Monthly MIS reports / GIT / Monthly Provision / Open Orders /Fund Flow / Rental Charges Developed Vendor Report , Savings with respect to Budget Circulating Monthly MIS report to finance pertain to Payments / Monthly Provision / Open Orders /Fund Flow / Rental Charges Developed Vendor Report , Savings with respect to Budget
- Techno-commercial Operations: Responsible for Overall management of different department of factory Production ,QA, QC, HSE, PPC and maintaining confidentialities with internal and external customers.
- To facilitate personalize service to both Internal and External Customers through Frequently Interaction and co-ordination with all concern such as,
- a) Documentary Support to QA/QC Dept
- b) Documentary Support to RA
- c) Documentary Support to Finance
- Statutory compliances of MPCB, Fire, Factory Inspector.Government bodies Liasioning work. Local statutory Bodies like Pollution control, Factory Inspector,Excise,
- Coordinating meetings with production/planning discussing the status of pending orders and planning purchase according to the criticality of the item for routine as well as for project.
- Planning & Forecasting: Inventory control of Raw Material, Intermediate, Packing Material Acquiring techno-commercial offers from various dealers, manufacturers & Distributors; reviewing & evaluating the same and obtaining technical approvals in coordination with concerned departments
- Logistics :- Cost effective logistic control
- Health Safety & Enviornment : Ensuring the personal safety and safe working environment of staff.
- Excellent problem solving skills with application of technical as well as logical thinking with background experience from all aspects of pharma manufacturing
- Personal & HR Must adhere to the HR Policies and coordination for hiring .Also should have sound knowledge of Factory Act and also should be well versed with all HR Audit and other regulatory audits.
