Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for attending all the incoming calls, responding to them and transferring the call to the appropriate department.
- Meeting & greeting the visitors at the school / office. Solving their queries
- Responsible for maintenance of important documents, files and records in an organized manner.
- Responsible for providing assistance to the school principal.
- Daak Management at front end.
- Responsible for keeping all the stationary items up to date and order for fresh stock.
- Responsible for supervising the housekeeping department and ensuring that all the items are there in the stock.
- Responsible for adhering to all the safety procedures and keeping the management informed about any kind of unsafe situation.
- Responsible for attending meetings and trainings as per requirement.
- Responsible for conferring and coordinating with other departments.
Primary Role / KRAs :-
Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone
Answering or referring inquiries.
Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories
Giving instructions and coordination with different departments
Maintains security by following procedures
Monitoring logbook
Sorting and distributing mail. Mail also schedule meetings and making travel arrangement as per requirements
Desired Candidate Profile:
Proficiency in MS Office(Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
Excellent Interpersonal & Communication Skills(both Written & Spoken)
Aptitude of Understanding & good problem solving skill
Advanced Troubleshooting and Multi-tasking Skills
Pleasing Personality and Friendly Nature
Candidate with good communication skills.
