This position is for Technical Consultant with Leading Bank Limited to manage IT Projects.
Position: IT Consultant CRMNEXT
Experience level: 0.6 to 5 years
Location: Thane_Neptune Building
Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience in MSSQL & Oracle, PL/SQL
- Knowledge of Windows Application server (IIS), Linux
- Knowledge of CRM NEXT / DAP will be an added advantage
- Web Technologies: Asp.Net, IIS, HTML
Job Description /Responsibilities:
- Managing various applications and their configurations
- Figuring out ways to "find the bug" utilizing troubleshooting techniques and all the tools
and systems available within the organization
- Co-ordination with different teams(like Windows, Firewall, Network, and others)
- To perform SIT(System Integration Testing)
- Production Support for application issues
- Coordination with BSG and Vendor for requirement discussion.
- Good Communication skill set(Writing /Verbal)
- Coordinating with multiple internal and external teams for project delivery.
- Work collaboratively with other staff either as a contributor to the project or in an advisory
capacity to their work.
- Understanding of CRMNEXT Application / DAP platform.
- Understanding of LMS / LOS application in the BFSI Domain.
- Managing the UAT deliveries and Ensuring Testing & Sign off of the Project / Change
Requests.
- Keep the Manager appraised of the task accomplishment, issues, and status, Escalate issues
that cannot be resolved by the team to the Project Manager.
- Understanding of Web services (SOAP and Rest APIs), and coordination with Application
Teams for Integrations of Services related project
