Roles and Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment.
Maintain Attendance, Leave records in time office software
Salary preparation on payroll software.
Time bound and necessary statutory compliances.
To assist Head HR for all HR related activities, entire life cycle of employee.
Coordination with site HR and intra department for follow up and execution of HR work.
Desired Candidate Profile
Having Good Communication skills and Quick responding / cooperative nature.
Should have min 2-3 years of relevant work experience entire life cycle of Human Resource
Should have basic knowledge of Statutory Compliances.
Should be MBA - Human Resource from a repute institute.
Should have knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel, PPT and Outlook at a reasonably good speed.
