Roles & Responsibility
Purchase Order on P&G
- Total order management
- Accounts Receivables - Remittance Processing
- Decision Support and Information Usage
Postings in P&G Customized Reports & Reports Generation/Usage
1. Overall Logistics Management for all Customer for all channels
2. Vendor/ transporter Management, development (Light/ Heavy vehicle)
3. Monitoring Replenishment on daily basis and if any issue found then report to responsible team
4. Create return Invoice/Delivery Challan
5. Give Training/Assisting Warehouse & store teams for any new task or process
6. Inter Store transfer management for online and vice versa
7. Analysis result and find stores where movement can be done
8. Tracking of Shipment by delivery partners
9. Monitoring daily MIS and sales reports.
10. Coordinate and set responsibilities for delayed/lost/damaged shipments.
11. Settlement of Lost/Damage material with delivery partners as per contract.
12. Credit note formulation from delivery partners as per contract
13. Responsible for monitoring packing and dispatches for all regions across India.
14. Responsible for communication with the warehouse for picking and dispatch instructions.
15. This role requires detailed knowledge of Supply chain management, demand planning, Omni channel fulfillment
