Skill &Salary Details -
Job type Work from Home Contract/ Permanent
Salary- 2.58lacs to 3lacs LPA
- Zeta Meal Card INR 1100 Per month i.e. 13,200/- PA
- Night Shift Allowance INR 150/Night
- Overtime Allowance as per company policy
- Internet Reimbursement Up to INR 1,250 Per month
- Desktop Provided by Amazon for Work
- Five days working
- Rotational Shifts
- Each employee and their dependents (Spouse and 2 Children) are covered up to Rs.500,000 under the floater benefit scheme
Eligibility Criteria: Candidate must be a resident of Kolkata, Minimum qualification should be 10 + 2, Comfortable working in 24/7 shift (Include Night Shifts) with excellent English communication skill.

- In-depth knowledge of Wi-Fi technologies (Devices / Connectivity / Types)

- Ability to translate complex technical information / instructions into a simple language that would ensure seamless trouble shooting
- Basic awareness about Amazons Devices and Digital Services (Subscriptions)
