Job Profile

Develop and enhance current Finance operations to ensure that there is strict adherence to the set SOPs created across locations.
Closely work on cost optimization and ensure that the set KPIs are met.
To perform the gap analysis and analyze the problems related to Finance operations and suggest innovative solutions.
Track the new compliances issued by Government from time to time
Zero tolerance towards deviation in set SOP's
Tracking vendors and their performance across locations for various financial activities Tracking cost variance of all locations •Study and find a scope for a new project to bring improvements to add value in finance operations.
Attending review meetings and providing continuous information to enable leaders to take required decisions on timely basis
Providing a macroeconomic view and analysis to leaders from time to time
Providing updates to the leadership team on important news/developments affecting the industry and our business
Assisting in implementing cost optimization measures and process excellence across the organization
Research Work on Economic, Finance and Legal Issues on topics provided by the organization
Project Report preparation, Financial Modelling, secretarial & compliance issues

Functional & Technical Competencies Required
