Job Description
Purpose of the role:
- Responsible for developing the Performance Management Metrics with guidance from Department Head
- Identify opportunities to Digitize & Automate manual processes in the SCM & Distribution Domain
- Improve productivity and efficiency of the key processes critical to the function e.g SCM planning (Demand & Supply), Transport & Warehouse management
- SPOC for day to day SCM & Logistics operations for BU / Division/ Cluster
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Own the performance management activity for the function and consistently improve the quality of the performance reporting
- Work closely and collaborate with the Sales, Plants, depot/ warehouse teams and other functions in HO
- SPOC for all the day to day matters of SCM & Logistics operations BU/ Division/ Cluster.
- Constantly work towards enhancing customer loyalty
- Develop KPIs and Dashboards to build operational controls and improve operational performance, in alignment with the functional head
- Lead or be part of Initiatives which will improve Customer Service levels, ensure optimal Inventory levels and reduce Cost.
Education background: Full time MBA / PG in Operations or Supply Chain Management
Preferred Experience (Industry/therapy/function no. of years): Minimum 0- 2 years in a Manufacturing Organisation and from Supply chain or Distribution function.
Desirable : SAP (SD Module), LSS Certified, Project Management Certified, Business Analytics, Proficiency in IT tools - Excel, Power BI or Tableau etc. Experience in solution designing will be a plus
