Job Description
As a part of the Process improvement team, team member shall have good knowledgeof:
o Development of Risk control matrix (RCM) & Internal audit (IA) plan.
o Various Business Process cycles(e.g. Supply Chain Management, Order to cash; Inventory management, Production, Logistics, HR & Payroll, Finance & Accounts, Marketing expenses etc.), finding of observations/ area of improvements and implementation of improvements
o Facilitating IA consultants in executing IA projects, following-up on observations identified, implementation of key controls
o Internal controlvalidations and implementation of improvements
o Process automation/ Digitalization
o Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) & Delegation of Authority (DOA)development, implementation, identification of non-compliances/deviations, recommending amendments & implementations of improvements
o Data Analytics
o Advance knowledge of MS office (Excel, Word, Power point etc.)
