Job Description
CONTEXT
Within Customer Services Organization, Tech Data Services team is in charge of providing Customers with the Maintenance and Operational Publications access through the ATR Customer Services portals. The key missions of the Tech Data Service team are the following ones:
- Administrate contractual access to mandatory Tech Data per Customer Category (Airlines, Lessors, Delegated third Parties (MRO, CAMOs, Maintenance Training centers, OEMs, Authorities…)
- Promote additional Services (Intermediate revision Services, Download Services, Customization, Raw Data, Intranet…)
- Manage Contractual activities for A/C sales
- Develop new Services and new Tech Data Catalogue
MISSION
Under the Head of Customer offers and Operations, the job holder will be in charge of a customer portfolio and the new Business development Roadmap for tech Data Services.
Her / His main missions will be the following ones:
- Prepare and administrate Commercial Proposals for Tech Data from the RFP to the invoice for his / her Customers portfolio
- Administrate Contracts for Tech Data Services for each Customer Category (Operators, Lessors, MRO, CAMO, Training centers)
- Support and propose solutions to Customers regarding Tech Data Services
- Create and promote new Commercial Offers (Raw data Services, Intranet Services, New Operational Documentation Packages, new Tech Data Catalogue…).
- Participate to continuous improvement initiatives within the Tech Data Services team
- New Business Modeling for Tech Data Services prices
- Management of subcontracting activities
ACTIVITIES
1. Commercial Activities
- Prepare RFQ for Tech Data Services yearly Subscription and new services
- Prepare RFQ for delegation access to MRO and Delegated Companies
- Administrate customer contracts for Tech data access and options
- Invoice Customers for all Services
2. Contractual Activities
- Administrate the A/C Contractual Activities
- Internally transfer the invoices of contractual activities to A/C Sales directorate
3. Support to customers
- Organize regular conference calls with customers (to present new ATR tools, to support Customer requirement and to provide recommendations).
- Support our customers for Aircraft Entry Into Service or A/C Transitions
4. Services Developments
- Participate to creation of the new Tech data Catalogue
- Participate to the creation of new Commercial Offers (Raw data Services, Intranet Services, New Operational Documentation Packages)
5. Continuous improvement
- Coordinate process review and LEAN initiatives for the Tech Data activities with Engineering, Services Sales, Regional Centers, Customer Support Directors, etc.…
- Put in place KPI and follow up on Tech data activity
6. Business Modelling
- Participate to new commercial Policy Business Modelling (Pricing, Pluri-annual commercial offers…)
7. Sub-contracting monitoring
- Monitor the externalization of a part of the activities (Monthly reviews, Payments, KPIS…)
PROFILE
Educated to a 5-years degree level (or equivalent) in Business, Sales support, Engineering, Marketing (or similar discipline),
Minimum 3 years Professional experience Customer Services.
Expected skills of the position:
- General knowledge of Customer Services
- Knowledge on Technical data (Aerospace and XML data is a plus)
- Experience in Project Management, including project financial monitoring, you know how to drumbeat activities
- Experience in LEAN and continuous improvement
- Language skills (and level): French fluent and advanced level of English (C1) mandatory
- IT skills (tools): Advanced level Office pack (Word - Excel - PowerPoint) - SAP - Power BI
- Soft skills: Creative - Autonomous - Customer oriented - Team spirit - Proactive - Collaborative - High motivation - Interested to become a team leader.
