Roles and Responsibilities:
Agricos Agro Multitech Pvt Ltd is one of the leading and fastest growing brands in agricultural implements manufacturing in India known for its highly qualitative products. We have successfully satisfied the needs of our farmer customers in association with a massive dealership network having more than 100 dealers and 20 distributors across the country. We are a leading manufacturer of highly qualitative farm implements like Rotavators (rotary tillers), ploughs, trailers, water tankers etc
We are urgently looking for dynamic and professional sales individuals for the Madhya Pradesh location.
Graduate with minimum 4 to 8 years of experience in developing dealer and distributor networks for agriculture equipment in Madhya Pradesh.
The ideal candidate must have previous experience in working in the agriculture industry and selling farm equipment.
Job profile includes:
1) To demonstrate excellence in managing business of our products as well as spare parts with complete end-to-end sales planning to state channel partner, dealer, sub dealer, sales point and service point.
2) To design successful sales techniques/ strategies, using customer and market feedback
3) To develop and deploy quarterly and annual plans, programs and policies for company sales dealers; meet all cross company sales objectives such as budgets, preparation, forecasting of sales targets and so on.
4) To communicate with customers and merchants to improve and develop business relationships, in addition to maintain constant follow up on their feedback
5) To monitor regularly the performance of dealers based on business parameters like volumes, market share, collection, delivery, spare parts sales etc in their allotted territories
6) To analyses data to understand the market share, Tehsil wise coverage, area wise segment, Bank wise retail finance etc of dealership territory to understand the area of development at dealership
7) To make the empanelment process as per the state procedure
8) To manage DSP, appointment and training, performance monitoring
9) To coordinate and monitor pre and post launch activities of new products, creating awareness for same and achieve targeted volumes using given time frame
10) To generate ideas and programs for promotion of products and implements the program to develop the market
11) To be responsible for the achievement of company billing and collection targets through distributor and dealer network
12) To increase in company business through subsidy business by doing follow-up of government schemes and subsidies schemes
13) To strengthen relationship with commercial cooperative and private banks and liaison with NBFCs and nationalized banks for faster retails
