Your role:
The ideal candidate should have a passion for the continuous improvement of website analytics reporting and implementation. Must have excellent understanding of website key performance indicators, visualization strategies, and enterprise tag management. Will act as a key support on multiple implementation and reporting projects across a complex digital platform. Will work with the Application Services Web team to translate business requirements into technical specification documentation. Must have experience with implementing Adobe Analytics tagging requirements using Adobe Launch, and validating and debugging web analytics installations. Experience with troubleshooting situations when tags are not firing correctly is mandatory. Understanding of and experience working with agile methodologies in digital project management.
Responsibilities:
- Execute implementation tasks within Adobe Launch and Adobe Analytics
- Perform other implementation tasks within Adobe Launch related to other third-party extensions and integrations
- Adhere to the analytics solution design, collaborate with the team to issue tagging guidelines that are scalable and complementary to the frameworks developed by the IT-ASW team.
- Provide timely delivery of tagging requirements related to web analytics reporting requested by the business.
- Proactively monitor website tagging and troubleshoot errors
- Careful documentation of analytics tagging process and activities
- Collaborate with developer resources to ensure data layer specifications and guidelines are followed
- Autonomous coordination of activities with business, IT stakeholders and vendors
- Management of JIRA work queue, collaboration & coordination with other analytics team members
Who you are:
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
- Bachelor or Masters degree in information technology or related
- Minimum 3+ years experience in a digital analytics implementation role
- Previous hands-on experience using Adobe Launch and Adobe Analytics mandatory, Google analytics experience desirable
- Experience using web analytics debugging tools
- Experience working in Global, remote teams and organizations
- Experience working in Healthcare related markets or company
- Good acumen of technical and business considerations within web analytics
- Excellent communication skills & experience working in virtual teams
- Self-starter, and team-oriented mentality
- Fluent English
