Sales, Marketing & Business Development: 1. Successfully developing & delivering agreed sales strategy, commercial goals in line with the overall annual business plan of the company. 2. Preparing the Marketing plan, its review, and providing feedback to Management. 3. Maximize full-price sales and minimize discounting costs. 4. Plan, review, and compare sales on a daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis 5. Accelerate Salesforce performance & drive strong on the productivity of each staff. 6. Work on a strategy to maximize per sq. ft. sale of each store with minimum costs. 7. Track competition in terms of business performance, promotions, offers, quality & pricing. 8. Monthly business review with sales staff as well as management. Retail Operations Management: 1. Handling the retail stores at various locations. 2. Ensure that the SOPs are followed at the stores. 3. Developing business and strategic management in the stores. 4. Work out strategically in setting up incentive plans every month and motivate employees to achieve them. 5.Tracking and monitoring competition. 6. Strategically manage & promote sales culture within all retail stores, KPIs, profitability, quality service to customers. Customer Relationship: 1. Ensure smooth customer relationship activity and build a strong customer loyalty base. 2. Analyze customer profile, buying pattern, and competitors' information to impact & drive better business. 3. Tracking and mapping footfall. 4. Continuously develop new customer relationships and strengthen existing relationships. Employee Management: 1. To conduct Manpower planning & recruitment, defining KRA of the team, handholding of employees, recognition, imparting training to the team, and grievance redressed. 2. Work on operational efficiency & increasing staff productivity resulting in optimum utilization of resources. 3. Continuously push the quality of each staff, to allow them to develop into truly well-rounded business leaders. 4. Day-to-day guidance & direction to the Sales team & supporting them in trouble shooting effectively. 5. Ensure sufficient staffing is there on important days or big days of sale. 6.
