Roles and Responsibilities
You will be responsible for quality review of all service transactions to ensure accurate information is provided professionally, courteously and consistently to our customers.
- Implementation of corrective actions on the observations in accordance with the quality and the safety policy of the hospital.
Communications with buyers Developing SOP's of Quality Department Implementation of Quality Standard Implementation of the hospital's program for quality improvement and patient safety and manage the activities needed to carry out an effective program of continuous quality improvement and patient safety within the hospital.
As a Quality Manager, you will work closely with the company's Service Delivery leadership group.
Periodic audits of QC QA and other functions as per the ISO procedures.
Responsible for Internal audit and Audit management for the site.
Desired Candidate Profile
Sound knowledge of preparation of QA documents.
Devise and establish companys quality procedure / standard and specifications
Review customer specifications and ensure they are met
Work with purchase department to ensure quality requirements of suppliers
Make sure Production department meets internal process and international standards
Look at ways to reduce waste , rejections and increase efficiency
Set up and maintain controls and documentation procedures
Train and Manage team of Quality Control
Liaise with Third Party Inspection agencies for inspection requirements
