Roles and Responsibilities:
We are looking for energetic, trustworthy and service oriented individuals who will assist seekers of properties to help buy a property best suited to their needs at their Desired locations
Job location : Kolkata
Job Responsibility:
1. Selling residential projects
2. Convincing prospective clients that your organisation is the right one to meet up their requirement.
3. Manage your client base through excellent follow up on leads for existing and new clients
4. Sending out details of new properties on the market to people in your database
5. Maintaining good relationship with booked clients & getting referral leads.
6. Cold calling, following up with the lead provided in CRM, direct phone calls, arranging for site visits.
7. Working actively on the scheduled appointments and showing buyers around a property
8. Providing guidance to buyers in purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
9. Determining clients' needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
10. Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
11. Generate leads through canopy activities and other promotional activities.
12. Responsible for achieving & exceeding sales targets of the sales force
13. Generate revenues
14. Taking prospects for site visits in residential projects, answering all relevant queries in the process, liaising with Developer for any clarification if required for that
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements :
* Preferred from Real Estate/ Residential Sales.
* Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
* Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
* Pleasant and trustworthy
* MS Office familiarity
